Know Me

Over the years, I’ve come to realize how powerful it is to have someone truly listen—without judgment, advice, or interruption. That’s often the heart of therapy: being heard, being seen, and being told gently, “It’s going to be okay.”

So many people carry the weight of expectations, anger, comparisons, and pressure—from parents, partners, colleagues, and bosses. Many also carry unhealed trauma—wounds that were never acknowledged or healed. They feel stuck, overwhelmed, and alone.

What they need isn’t fixing.
They need someone to sit beside them in their storm, hold space, help untangle their thoughts, gently guide change, and build awareness of their emotions, patterns, and surroundings.

That’s why I founded Counselspace Therapy—to create a space that feels safe, kind, and nonjudgmental. A space where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

I’ve been in this field long enough to know that every individual is different. Each story is unique, and therapy should be too—tailored to you, not a formula.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me with a book in hand—books are my constant friends. I also love journaling to make sense of life, and I unwind with word games like Scrabble, Wordle, and crosswords. Most evenings, I sit in silence, gathering my thoughts and grounding myself after a long day.

If this resonates with you, and you feel we could connect, feel free to book a session. I’d be honoured to walk beside you on your journey.
